Rust
Phenomenon Coated film is partially swollen or peeled off by the rust of the substrate under the film. Cause A. Improper preparation of the substrate.
B. Coating on the moisture.
C. Water in the air hose.
D. Low adhesion or rust resistance of the product.Repair Remove the damaged part on the substrate and apply the anti rust coating before the top coat.
(Washprimer (DNU-800) + Primer-surfacer)Prevention A. Remove the moisture completely before applying.
B. Prepare the substrate according to the standard.
C. Apply the primer before the top coat.
