This paint is a polyurethane paint using bio-oil such as rapeseed oil, castor oil, soybean oil, etc.
It is a non-solvent type low odor urethane lining coat that is excellent in physical performance in terms of impact absorption and scratching resistance and has almost no odor.
HOW TO USE
Surface treatment
1. Cure concrete for at least 28 days at a temperature of 21℃ and a relative humidity of 50%.
2. Completely remove the oil, moisture, sand, dust, laitance and other foreign matter from the surface and maintain surface smoothness.
Coating method
1. Upon repair coating, be sure to apply subsequent coating after receiving confirmation from the technology institute.
2. Apply smoothly using sawtooth scraper, rubber scraper, pitchfork, square towel, etc.

▷Primer : ECO URETHANE LINING PRIMER
▷Top coat : ECO URETHANE LINING
※ Solvent-based epoxy primer and epoxy putty cause poor adhesion, thus it is prohibited to use them.
※ For undercoating, only the ECO URETHANE LINING PRIMER can be used.
Coating conditions
1. Atmosphere Temperature: 5~35℃, Surface Temperature: 40℃ or below, Relative Humidity: 80% or less
2. Moisture content in the concrete: 6% or less
